Monica Cashin: New Hampshire, United States; In 2004 I helped my mom open a fine dining restaurant in rural New Hampshire. Working weekends was tough on my family but my love of all things food continues. I left the restaurant 3 years after we opened but I still bake and cook regularly and enjoy experimenting with new recipes.
